The dictator Kagame at UN
Why has the UN ignored its own report about the massacres of Hutu refugees in DRC ?
The UN has ignored its own reports, NGOs and media reports about the massacres of hundreds of thousands of Hutu in DRC Congo (estimated to be more than 400,000) by Kagame when he attacked Hutu refugee camps in Eastern DRC in 1996. This barbaric killings and human rights violations were perpetrated by Kagame’s RPF with the approval of UK and USA and with sympathetic understanding and knowledge of UNHCR and international NGOs which were operating in the refugees camps. According to the UN, NGO and media reports between 1993 and 2003 women and girls were raped. Men slaughtered. Refugees killed with machetes and sticks. The attacks of refugees also prevented humanitarian organisations to help many other refugees and were forced to die from cholera and other diseases. Other refugees who tried to return to Rwanda where killed on their way by RFI and did not reach their homes. No media, no UNHCR, no NGO were there to witness these massacres. When Kagame plans to kill, he makes sure no NGO and no media are prevent. Kagame always kills at night.

Aid that kills: The Role of Britain in the African Great Lakes regions’ wars
British have destabilised the Great lakes region for so long from Museveni, Kagame and now Nkunda. You did this to root out your traditional French enemies from the Great lakes region. You did so to control RDC natural resources, to have Rwanda as an Anglophone country. The British went to Rwanda to testify against the French for their alleged involvement in the genocide and wrote books about this. The UK media are s full of stories that disseminate these allegations against the French. Many Rwandan and African people believe that the British benefit from the current diplomatic tensions between France and Rwanda. All people Africans do not understand why the British has focused too much on Rwanda in recent years. It is a shame for the British to fight against the French people and their interests. This is not a correct behaviour for a civilised country in 21 century.
You are involved in exploiting DRC mineral resources and you use Kigali as a gateway hub to access them. We all know why you have been so much involved in Rwandan affairs. You are an invisible hand of the Rwandan genocide. You refused to intervene to stop the Rwanda genocide because you were confident that Kagame will win the war. Your intervention could have meant preventing Kagame to take the power in Rwanda. Then you decided to support him so that he can finish the job in collaboration with Museveni.
It is a shame that the leader of the UK Conservative Party went to Rwanda to speak to a non-elected parliament. It is a shame that 100 people from the Conservative Party spent 30 days in Rwanda in hotels built using the British tax payer’s money.
These people do not know anything about the lives of Rwandan poor people who live on less than one dollar a day, who are able to take a meal only once in 24 hours. It was a shame that Members of the Conservative Party were concerned only with teaching English on streets of the Kigali capital . Rwandan do not need English. They need food, freedom and rights( civil, political, social and economical) to participate fully in their society. You need to understand that Kagame is using the genocide as a weapon and selling point to attract international donor funding, destabilise his neighbours, violate human rights and strengthen his political base.
Britain did not give any penny to the Rwandan government during the former regime of the President Habyarimana. They have to wait Kagame to help Rwandans. This the evidence of their discrimination against the Hutu community. The British should not try to take positions about Rwandan affairs in UK or at the international level.
BBC has campaigned to much in favour of the dictator Kagame. They have been providing him with coverage even during his elections campaign. The UK government gives him money to enable him to select the members of the Parliament who are 75% from his own party ( the RPF who invaded Rwanda). What you are doing now is too little too late. Your aid is killing us: our families, friends, children, brothers and sisters, mums, dads and elderly. Your aid is legitimising Kagame to violate human rights, to stay on power, and to prevent democracy in Rwanda. But because of your interests, you do not care about all this.
The British people and their media have only the freedom of expression about France.
They never talk about themselves. You cannot see and independent civil right organisation or NGO in the Britain that criticises the UK government actions in Africa. This is because British NGOs dependent too much on government funding to survive. You cannot find organisations such SOS France or Survie in Britain The British are supporting apartheid in Rwanda where the Hutu communities are marginalised. Because Kagame has to pay back the aid that has received firm UK , he is imposing English to the Rwandan people, as a prerequisite to join the Commonwealth. If you do not speak English you will not get a job. Because there are few jobs in the country, then this is condition arrange the Rwandan government where only members of the RPF who invaded Rwanda from UK speak English. The British aid is being wasted in Rwanda. It has not made any difference so far to the lives of Rwandans. It has only created inequality, apartheid, inflation and strengthened the political base of Kagame. The recent increase in GDP is only a result of illegal exploitation and trade of mineral by Rwandan elites. The situation has even got worse compared to the level where Rwanda was before 1990.
What you need to do about Rwanda is this:
-Urge Kagame to allow opposition parties to operate freely and allow the parties in exile to return to Rwanda,
-Urge Kagame to establish and Truth and Reconciliation Commission, especially by allowing the Hutus also to mourn their dead people during the genocide,
-Urge Kagame to consider that the memorials of the genocide should be the memorials of all Rwandan ethnic communities dead in the genocide, not for political propaganda. These memorials contain the rests of both Hutu and Tutsi who massacred in the genocide , but Kagame collected them and labelled them as the rests of the Tutsi only.
-Urge Kagame to allow the civil society and the press to work freely, and to be established as new bodies;.
-Make sure the British aid benefit all ethnic communities, especially rural poor people;
- Urge Kagame to organise dialogue with the Rwandan opposition parties in exiles starting from Britain
-Make sure Kagame do not continue to use his unique selling point of genocide to destabilise his neighbours, misuse foreign aid, discriminate against his own people, oppress his own people
-Urge Kagame to punish the members of his rebellions who have killed thousands of Hutu during the war , especially in the regions of Byumba, Kibungo, Gikongoro camp; and who have massacred 300, 000 Hutu refugees in 1996 during the Kagame ‘s invasion of ex-Zaire.
-Urge Kagame to request the UN to establish an independent international commission to investigate the circumstances of the shooting down of the planes that were carrying the former presidents of Rwanda and Burundi , which are believed to have triggered the genocide.
-“The enemies of Freedom do not argue ; they shout and they shoot.”
The principal key root causes that lead to the Rwandan genocide of 1994 that affected all Rwandan ethnic groups were:
1)The majority Hutu community’s fear of the return of the discriminatory monarchy system that was practiced by the minority Tutsi community against the enslaved majority Hutu community for about 500 years
2)The Hutu community’s fear of Kagame’s guerrilla that committed massacres in the North of the country and other parts of the countries including assassinations of Rwandan politicians.
3) The Rwandan people felt abandoned by the international community ( who was believed to support Kagame’s guerrilla) and then decided to defend themselves with whatever means they had against the advance of Kagame’ guerrilla supported by Ugandan, Tanzanian and Ethiopian armies and other Western powers.
-“The enemies of Freedom do not argue ; they shout and they shoot.”
-“The hate of men will pass, and dictators die, and the power they took from the people will return to the people. And so long as men die, liberty will never perish.”
-“The price good men pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil men.”
-“I have loved justice and hated iniquity: therefore I die in exile.”
The Rwanda war of 1990-1994 had multiple dimensions.
The Rwanda war of 1990-1994 had multiple dimensions. Among Kagame’s rebels who were fighting against the Rwandan government, there were foreigners, mainly Ugandan fighters who were hired to kill and rape innocent Rwandan people in Rwanda and refugees in DRC.

SUMMARY : THE TRAGIC CONSEQUENCES OF THE BRITISH BUDGET SUPPORT AND GEO-STRATEGIC AMBITIONS
The Rwandan genocide and 6,000,000 Congolese and Hutu refugees killed are the culminating point of a long UK’s battle to expand their influence to the African Great Lakes Region. UK supported Kagame’s guerrilla war by providing military support and money. The UK refused to intervene in Rwanda during the genocide to allow Kagame to take power by military means that triggered the genocide. Kagame’s fighters and their families were on the Ugandan payroll paid by UK budget support.
· 4 Heads of State assassinated in the francophone African Great Lakes Region.
· 2,000,000 people died in Hutu and Tutsi genocides in Rwanda, Burundi and RD.Congo.
· 600,000 Hutu refugees killed in R.D.Congo, Uganda, Central African Republic and Rep of Congo.
· 6,000,000 Congolese dead.
· 8,000,000 internal displaced people in Rwanda, Burundi and DR. Congo.
· 500,000 permanent Rwandan and Burundian Hutu refugees, and Congolese refugees around the world.
· English language expansion to Rwanda to replace the French language.
· 20,000 Kagame’s fighters paid salaries from the British Budget Support from 1986 to present.
· £500,000 of British taxpayer’s money paid, so far, to Kagame and his cronies through the budget support, SWAPs, Tutsi-dominated parliament, consultancy, British and Tutsi-owned NGOs.
· Kagame has paid back the British aid received to invade Rwanda and to strengthen his political power by joining the East African Community together with Burundi, joining the Commonwealth, imposing the English Language to Rwandans to replace the French language; helping the British to establish businesses and to access to jobs in Rwanda, and to exploit minerals in D.R.Congo.

This blog reports the crimes that remain unpunished and the impunity that has generated a continuous cycle of massacres in many parts of Africa. In many cases, the perpetrators of the crimes seem to have acted in the knowledge that they would not be held to account for their actions.
The need to fight this impunity has become even clearer with the massacres and genocide in many parts of Africa and beyond.
The blog also addresses issues such as Rwanda War Crimes, Rwandan Refugee massacres in Dr Congo, genocide, African leaders’ war crimes and crimes against humanity, Africa war criminals, Africa crimes against humanity, Africa Justice.
-General Kagame has been echoing the British advice that Rwanda does not need any loan or aid from Rwandan traditional development partners, meaning that British aid is enough to solve all Rwandan problems.
-The British obsession for the English Language expansion has become a tyranny that has led to genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity, dictatorial regimes, human rights violations, mass killings, destruction of families, communities and cultures, permanent refugees and displaced persons in the African Great Lakes region.
- Rwanda, a country that is run by a corrupt clique of minority-tutsi is governed with institutional discrmination, human rights violations, dictatorship, authoritarianism and autocracy, as everybody would expect.
Unfortunately, these so-called British experts are only white British. They go to Africa as consultants and leave behind black Africans from the African Diaspora who know better than them about African problems and priorities. The white British believe that the black Africans from the Diaspora have no skills to the job while they attended the same universities in the UK. To solve this problem, UK have established volunteer schemes used to send black Africans to do unpaid volunteer work.
ReplyDeleteThis is a clear evidence of why UK is campaigning for more aid to Africa. It's for the jobs of British people in Africa and UK. In Rwanda, more than 80 British 'experts' have worked there as consultants.
The problem with the British is that they never feel any shame of what they do. For them, all they do is normal even when it is not convenient to others. Imagine that they do never include any person from the African Diaspora in their consultant teams they send to Africa. They only offer some of them short-term trips to Africa for unpaid voluntary work. The British are in competition with Africans to access to jobs in Africa and with African Diaspora to access to funding and jobs in the UK. For the British, this is normal and correct. Then they debate how UK can have a "Barack Obama". With this cancer of discrimination within the British society, there will be no "UK Barack Obama".
ReplyDeleteAfricans,
- Foreign trainings has enabled a groups of ethnic Tutsi mainly from Ouganda ( many wee members of Ougandan army, with ougandan passport) to build a terrorrising group ( we avoid the word terrorist) called FPR.
- Foreign diplomatic and military support has enabled this group to attach Rwanda and terrorise the population for 4 years ( from 1990 to 1994);
- Foreign media has distorted what happened in Rwanda in 1994 and the world perception of the ethnics groups in Rwanda ( Tutsi = good and Hutu=Bad) even if the unfortunate massacre was trigerred by FPR shooting down a civialian aircraft and killing 2 elected africans presidents,
- Foreign "laws" and "justice" systems trial only african bantu ( from Bagasora to Jean Pierre Mbemba), blank cheque or even "honoris causa" diploma offered to Tutsi killers why the White person or the western corporate behind the tragedy is not even mentionned,
- Foreign intelligentisia has created a "intellectual terrorism" with consequence that if somebody trying to express his anger toward this big injustice again Black bantus, killed by the millions by Tustis, he will be protrayed as " hatred". The funny thing is no many westerners like Nazy Germans. When they say that, nobody accuses them of "hatred".
This is stupidity we have to challenge and will do.
- With foreign support, the same groups from Ouganda immediatly crossed the border of the Congo, to secure for the West the access to mineral rich Kivu where , as planned by Kansteiner and the likes ( Clinton, Madeleine Albrigh, Tony B'liar, Clarck Short, Louis Michel, Susan Rice, etc), Bantou population are being killed by the millions (6 millions congoleses).
ReplyDeleteForeign Aid to Rwanda is more the wages paid to proxy army.
Foreign Aid to Rwanda has financed the deadliest war since world war 2, Foreign Aid to Rwanda is the West litterally terrorising all Black africans using, very very sad to say, a small group of ethnic tutsi whose, survival in the future in Africa will depend of this Western supports,
Like Mobutu protected Western interest against the Communists in the 1960 an Congo became a strong state, ethnic tutsi in Kigali are prepared to protect their interest against China.
Africans do not count in this battle unless we stop crying and start by saying: NO, enough is enough. 8 millions deads on the sciage of the same ethnic group from Ouganda in 20 years, we have to stop this madness.
Africans, wake up, like Asia, like South America.
All over the world, we have seem strong regime defying the West politically, economically, intellectually, diplomatically, ... militarily.
And they have done so, very successfully.
Issicongo.
