Hutu or Tutsi? In post-genocide Rwanda, "it's widely considered
impolite to ask someone about their ethnic background," says Peter
Gwin, an editor at National Geographic. "If you ask one of these
people what are you, he or she is likely to answer Rwandan."

I remember sitting in my gov't class my senior year (06) and Brianna
Davis teaching us all about this. Still very much remember it. And
watching Hotel Rwanda. Great movie if you ever get the chance to watch
it. I may again for the 20th anniversary.

It's more "ethnocide". And now they accuse France of complicity? The
truth has already been cleared, but some Rwandais are still missing in
jail ...

However in RSA is a common start of discribing each background judging
on the credibilities of such an Ethnic Tribe,For example the so called
San and Khoi-khoi(Bushman or Hottentos).or deeply the Vendas and the
Lembas.
